If you have been to Williamsburg, I'm sure you have heard of Chownings Tavern, serving historical favorites such as Brunswick Stew, Welsh Rarebit and Shepherd’s Pye. My recreation of this tavern sign is modeled after the original sign hanging in front of the tevern in Williamsburg. The original artwork is hand painted on antique barn wood. Perfect for your kitchen, man cave, pub, tavern or bar. This reproduction of hand-painted original art has the look of a Pub or Tavern Sign from the early 1800s.
